🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping is FREE on all orders.
Most countries receive their orders within 3–7 business days. Have a specific address in mind? Message us to confirm delivery time.
How fast do you ship after payment?
Most orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Which shipping methods are available?
We use leading international couriers to ensure safe and fast delivery:
- DHL Express — fastest option, typically 3–5 business days
- FedEx — reliable for North America and Europe
- UPS — alternative for selected routes
The best method is automatically selected based on your destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the courier's website (DHL, FedEx, or UPS).

🌍 Customs & Taxes
Do I need to pay customs duty or VAT?
For most orders to the US and major EU countries, customs and import taxes are already covered (DDP shipping) — you won't pay any extra fees on delivery.
For other regions, import duties may apply depending on your local customs policy, and these are the buyer's responsibility.

Do you provide customs clearance service?
Yes — we handle export customs clearance from our side. For your country's import clearance:
- US, UK, Germany, France, and most EU countries: clearance is included in the price (DDP).
- Other countries: the courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) will handle clearance, and any duty fees will be billed to you by the courier.
Will I be charged sales tax?
For most US states, sales tax is not collected at checkout. Some EU countries may require VAT — this is typically included in DDP shipping.
If you have specific tax questions for your region, please contact us before ordering.

We are the direct manufacturer — not a reseller. This means lower prices, faster customization, and direct access to our engineering team for support.
Are your products certified for safety and quality?
All NEWBELLE products are CE certified, meeting European safety and quality standards.
For FDA-cleared models specifically intended for the US market, please contact us to confirm availability for your specific use case.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfer for larger orders.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout.
Are prices in USD?
Yes, all prices on our website are in US Dollars (USD). Your bank or credit card will automatically convert to your local currency at checkout.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The price you see at checkout includes:
- The machine itself
- Free worldwide shipping
- Customs clearance for major destinations (DDP)
- User manual and accessories
For non-DDP destinations, local import duties may apply — we'll confirm before you order.

Do you provide training after purchase?
Yes — every machine comes with:

Our team is available to answer any operational questions for the lifetime of your machine.
Is technical support free?
Yes — technical support is free for life. We respond to all support inquiries within 24 hours on business days.
This includes troubleshooting, software questions, and operational guidance.
What is the warranty period?
All NEWBELLE machines come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. 2-year warranty on the machine main unit and 6 months warranty on the accessories.
Extended warranties and replacement parts are available for purchase at any time.
Can I get a demo or video before buying?
Absolutely! We can share:
- Product demonstration videos
- Real customer use cases (if available)
- Live demo via WhatsApp / Zoom on request

🔄 Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the product is defective.
What if my machine arrives damaged?
If your machine arrives damaged or doesn't work as expected:
- Take photos/video of the damage within 24 hours
- Email us at sophia@kmslaser.com
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund — at no cost to you
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method.
