The SWTLIPO is a true 3-in-1 physiotherapy platform built for clinics and wellness studios that don't want to buy three machines to deliver three treatments. One unit, one footprint, one 12.1-inch touch screen — and three independent therapies that can run separately or simultaneously: Electromagnetic Shockwave for deep musculoskeletal pain and ED therapy, EMS Vacuum for muscle stimulation and recovery, and 12-airbag Pressotherapy for lymphatic drainage and leg relief.

One Machine, Three Treatments, One Price

💥
Electromagnetic Shockwave
7 interchangeable probes (5 for pain treatment + 2 dedicated ED heads), frequency 1–16 Hz, energy precisely adjustable from 50 to 200 mJ. Up to 2,500 strikes per application. Handle features its own 2.4" touch screen so clinicians adjust parameters at the point of treatment.
EMS Vacuum (4 Cups)
4 vacuum suction cups, 500 Hz EMS frequency, 5 intensity levels (peak 50V–270V), with negative-pressure suction up to 60 kPa. Combines muscle stimulation with vacuum massage for pain relief, muscle recovery, and body contouring.
🌀
12-Airbag Pressotherapy
12 air chambers in a waterproof-lined leg pressure suit, 4 working modes, pressure 20–360 mmHg. Wipe-clean between clients — no disposable underlayer required. Lymphatic drainage, leg fatigue, and circulation support.
📱
12.1" Smart Touch Screen
A 12.1-inch high-definition LED touch screen controls all three modalities with smart UI presets. Three functions can run simultaneously or independently — practitioners decide the protocol per client.
💡 Why a 3-in-1 platform changes your business

Most clinics that want to offer pain relief, muscle recovery, and lymphatic drainage end up buying three separate machines — three footprints, three power cords, three training curves, three maintenance contracts. SWTLIPO consolidates that into one platform: one capital purchase, three revenue streams. And because the three modalities can run independently, you can serve different clients on the same machine through the day — or layer them on the same client for a higher-ticket signature treatment.

The Three Modalities — In Depth

💥

1. Electromagnetic Shockwave Therapy

Electromagnetic shockwave generates focused pressure waves that penetrate tissue, stimulating microcirculation, breaking down scar tissue and calcifications, and triggering the body's natural repair response. SWTLIPO ships with 7 interchangeable probes — 5 standard probes (#1–#5) for pain and musculoskeletal treatment plus 2 dedicated ED heads (#6, #7) — to match treatment area and depth. The handle has its own 2.4-inch touch screen with 50–200 mJ precise energy regulation and up to 2,500 strikes per application, so the practitioner adjusts intensity and frequency at the treatment site without walking back to the main console.

Typical applications:

  • Musculoskeletal and joint pain — knees, shoulders, elbows, lower back
  • Tendinopathies — tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis
  • Sports injuries and recovery
  • Trigger points and chronic myofascial pain
  • Bone healing support and bone remodeling
  • ED therapy (erectile dysfunction) — low-intensity shockwave applied via the dedicated ED probes (#6 and #7) to improve local blood flow and tissue regeneration; protocols typically include 6–12 sessions
  • Cellulite reduction (as part of body-contouring programs)

2. EMS Vacuum Physiotherapy

EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) at 500 Hz delivers controlled electrical pulses that contract the muscle directly — bypassing voluntary control. Paired with vacuum suction (up to 60 kPa) via 4 silicone cups with 7.5 cm sponge-lined heads, the treatment combines muscle stimulation with cupping-style massage in a single application. Five intensity levels (peak 50V–270V) let practitioners scale from gentle wellness to aggressive sports recovery. The 4 cups operate simultaneously without bandages or straps — the vacuum holds them in place — letting you treat multiple body zones in parallel.

Typical applications:

  • Muscle stimulation and toning — shoulders, back, glutes, thighs
  • Post-workout recovery and reduction of muscle soreness
  • Pain relief through cupping-style vacuum massage
  • Body contouring and fat-loss support (commonly paired with diet & exercise programs)
  • Improved local circulation and lymphatic flow at the treatment site
  • Trigger-point release and tension reduction

Operation note: the cup heads are lined with sponge inserts — moisten lightly with pure water before each session for optimal conduction. Then place the cups on the target zone; the vacuum holds them in place hands-free.

🌀

3. 12-Airbag Pressotherapy (Leg Massage)

A pressotherapy leg suit with 12 overlapping air chambers inflates and deflates in sequence to mimic manual lymphatic drainage. The 12 chambers cover 6 zones across both legs — plantar (foot), ankle, calf, knee/lap, thigh, and upper thigh root — for full lower-body coverage from toes to hip. SWTLIPO offers 4 working modes (thigh-to-feet, feet-to-thigh, circular cycle, and full inflate-release) with adjustable pressure from 20 to 360 mmHg. The inner lining is waterproof — wipe down between clients, no disposable underlayer needed.

Typical applications:

  • Lower-limb lymphatic drainage and circulation support
  • Heavy, tired legs and edema / fluid retention
  • Varicose-vein discomfort (supportive, non-curative)
  • Leg-fat and cellulite programs
  • Post-exercise recovery for the lower body
  • Relaxation and wellness — many spas pair it with another treatment as an upgrade

How the Three Modalities Work Together

Three modalities, three biological mechanisms — running independently or layered on the same client:

1
Pressure Waves
Shockwave pulses travel through tissue, stimulating microcirculation, releasing trigger points, and triggering tissue repair.
2
Muscle Activation
500 Hz EMS pulses cause involuntary muscle contraction; vacuum suction enhances local blood flow and tissue lift.
3
Sequential Compression
12 air chambers cycle in waves, mechanically assisting venous return and lymphatic flow up the leg.
4
Combined Protocol
Layer all three into one signature session: shockwave first for deep pain, EMS for muscle work, pressotherapy to close with full-body drainage.

Built-in Treatment Presets — 10 Pre-Configured Programs

SWTLIPO's smart UI ships with 10 built-in treatment presets — each preset auto-loads recommended probe choice, frequency, energy level, session count, and treatment interval for that body area. Practitioners (especially newer staff) tap the preset, place the probe, and start treating. No memorizing parameter sheets, fewer training hours, fewer protocol mistakes.

Elbow — tennis elbow, lateral epicondylitis
Knee — patellar tendinitis, joint pain, runner's knee
Shoulder — frozen shoulder, calcific tendinitis
Hip — hip pain, trochanteric bursitis
Hand / Wrist — carpal tunnel, finger joints
Lumbar Region — lower back pain, lumbar muscle tension
Foot / Ankle — plantar fasciitis, heel spur, Achilles tendinitis
Pubic Symphysis — pelvic floor and pubic joint discomfort
Fat Accumulate — cellulite and fat-accumulation zones
ED Program — auto-loads probe #6 or #7 with the ED protocol

Each preset displays its recommended probe number, sessions (typically 5–10), shocks per area (2,000–2,500), and treatment interval (5–7 days) on screen. The machine also includes built-in safety checks — a "Handle Not Inserted" warning if a handle is disconnected mid-session, and an automatic 5-minute cooldown after extended use to protect the system.

Clinical Evidence Across the Three Modalities

SWTLIPO combines three therapies — each with its own peer-reviewed research base. Selected findings:

ESWT for plantar fasciitis — Cleared by the U.S. FDA in 2000 for chronic plantar fasciitis; multiple meta-analyses report meaningful pain reduction and functional improvement.
ESWT for tennis elbow — Cleared by the U.S. FDA in 2002 for lateral epicondylitis, supported by randomized controlled trials.
Low-intensity shockwave for ED — Double-blind randomized trials have demonstrated improvements in erectile function and penile hemodynamics in men with vasculogenic ED.
EMS for muscle activation — Established in sports medicine and rehabilitation literature for muscle strengthening, recovery, and reduction of delayed-onset muscle soreness.
IPC for limb-volume reduction — Intermittent pneumatic compression (the clinical name for pressotherapy) is widely studied for lymphedema, showing measurable limb-volume reductions.
IPC for circulation & QoL — Studies report statistically significant improvements in quality-of-life scores following IPC therapy.
📚 Clinical Evidence Note

Findings cited refer to the respective therapies — extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT), electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), and intermittent pneumatic compression (IPC) — as studied in peer-reviewed literature, not to this specific device model. Each modality is widely used as a supportive / adjunct therapy and as a wellness treatment. None of these therapies is a substitute for medical treatment of diagnosed conditions. Individual results vary. Clients with contraindications — including pregnancy, malignant tumor in the treatment field, pacemakers or active implants, deep vein thrombosis, severe coagulation disorders, severe cardiac conditions, acute infection at the treatment site, or active cancer at the site — should consult a physician before treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the three modalities run at the same time, or only one at a time?

Both. The three functions are independent — you can run any one alone, or layer multiple at once. For example, you can put one client on the pressotherapy suit while you use the shockwave handle on another client, or you can combine all three on a single client for a "signature recovery" package.

How does ED therapy with the shockwave module work?

Low-intensity extracorporeal shockwave therapy (LI-ESWT) for erectile dysfunction is a non-invasive treatment that aims to improve local blood flow and tissue regeneration. Typical protocols involve 6–12 sessions over several weeks. The treatment should only be administered by trained healthcare professionals after appropriate clinical assessment. In some jurisdictions (including the United States), ED therapy with shockwave may require physician oversight — verify local regulations before offering as a clinical service.

Do clients need to wear disposable garments under the pressotherapy suit?

No. The leg suit has a waterproof inner lining, so clients can wear the suit directly. Wipe the inner lining with a sanitizing wipe between clients — no disposable underlayer required.

How does SWTLIPO compare to your dedicated pressotherapy machines (SA06F / SA09F)?

SWTLIPO is a 3-in-1 platform — pressotherapy is one of three modalities. Its pressotherapy module uses a 12-airbag leg suit covering both legs from plantar to upper thigh (6 zones per leg: foot, ankle, calf, knee, thigh, upper thigh). If your business model is focused only on pressotherapy and you want maximum airbag coverage (full-body 24-airbag suits with abdomen and arm coverage), SA06F or SA09F may suit you better. If you want pain relief, muscle stimulation, and lower-body lymphatic drainage in one machine, SWTLIPO is the right choice.

How long is a typical session?

Shockwave: 15–25 minutes per area. EMS vacuum: 20–40 minutes. Pressotherapy: 30–60 minutes. A layered "signature" session combining all three typically runs 45–75 minutes.

Do you provide training?

Yes — every order includes free 1-on-1 online training covering setup, all three modalities, treatment protocols, and basic troubleshooting. Certificate of completion provided.

Who should NOT receive these treatments?

General contraindications across the three modalities include: pregnancy, malignant tumor in the treatment field, pacemakers or active implanted electronic devices, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), severe coagulation disorders, severe cardiac or kidney conditions, acute infection at the treatment site, active cancer at the site, and open wounds at the treatment area. For shockwave specifically, additional precautions apply over the lungs, brain/CNS, and growth plates in skeletally immature patients. Clients with any of these conditions should consult a physician before treatment.
